Prior to Award Set-Up

Once your project is set up in Banner and Cayuse, you will receive an email from the Award Set-Up team with your new grant/ fund number, budget, and additional instructions.

The Research Finance (RF) Award Set-Up Team provides the essential link between Pre-Award and Post-Award.
Once a research project has been approved for funding, the Award Set-Up Team will assist the PI and DA with these essential functions:

- Award Negotiation Process
- Award Signature Process
- Grant/ Fund Set-up
- Outgoing Subcontract Set-up
