Overview
Montefiore's family planning specialists provide comprehensive, compassionate and up-to-date reproductive health care for women's family planning needs. We offer care and support for women coping with pregnancy loss, abnormal pregnancies and unplanned pregnancies. Our expert physician team supports patients through the entire process of counseling, treatment and follow-up. We also have expertise in contraceptive management for women with complex medical conditions and the management of contraceptive side effects and work closely with women to select and access their best family planning options.
Services
Our professional and specialist-trained family planning gynecologists offer a range of services in a comfortable and sensitive environment with a dedicated support staff. Women with unplanned or abnormal pregnancies or pregnancy loss receive individual attention from our expert physicians who work in close collaboration with our genetics, maternal fetal medicine and anesthesia colleagues, as well as other disciplines of medicine, to ensure quality coordinated care. We also provide contraceptive management for women with simple or complex family planning needs. Our services are completely confidential and our patients' privacy and comfort is paramount.
