Yingjie Zhao, Ph.D.

Email: yingjie.zhao@einsteinmed.org

Education:

B.S., Biologi, Lanzhou University, Gansu Province, China

Ph.D., Genetics, School of Life Sciences, Fudan University, Shanghai, China

Research interest:

Yingjie’s work focuses on the etiology and heterogeneity of cardiac congenital heart defects among 22q22.1 deletion syndrome populations. She has great interests on large-scale data analysis and mining including genome wide association study, whole exome sequencing and whole genome sequencing.
