January 13, 2014 - BRONX, NY - Mona Weinberger, Unified Administrator for the Department of Family & Social Medicine, has stepped into the lead position of Senior Administrator (Montefiore) for the Department of Medicine. Ms. Weinberger is an experienced departmental administrator across both the Einstein and Montefiore platforms.
The role of Senior Administrator was previously filled by Daisy Rodriguez, Director of our AIDS Center, who had stepped in part-time in Spring 2013, when the late Karen Eschenbach transitioned to the newly created position of Administrator for Grants & Research. Ms. Rodriguez was chosen to join the Montefiore Epic Project, and left the Department in December 2013.
