A faculty appointment in the Department of Medicine may be granted to those full-time, part-time and voluntary providers who substantially contribute to the education of Einstein medical students and/or house staff. Junior Ranks Associate Instructor Assistant Professor If you are a physician who has just completed your residency or fellowship training, you may be eligible for a junior faculty appointment (Instructor or Assistant Professor). Junior Rank Appointments Senior Ranks Associate Professor Professor If you have been an Associate Professor or Professor at another institution, and are joining Einstein, you may be eligible for a lateral appointment at a senior rank.
