Bi-annual Blood Drive

In partnership with the New York Blood Center, human resources hosts two blood drives on campus each year.  All members of the Einstein community are encouraged to donate.  Over the past 20 years, this partnership has resulted in donations that have helped over 7,500 individuals in the New York City metropolitan area.

Holiday Toy Drive

To benefit the clients of Toys for Tots, and Montefiore’s Children’s Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center (CERC), human resources encourage the Einstein community to donate new toys or books to help send a message of hope to disadvantaged children during the holidays. The toy drive began shortly after Thanksgiving. Einstein showed its holiday spirit and generosity by donating over 600 items collected from bins conveniently placed in several buildings on campus. Employees, staff, faculty, and students cheerfully gave items suitable for children between newborn and 12-years of age. The Marine’s Toys for Tots Foundation has toy drives in all 50 states. Einstein is proud to join other organizations in hosting a holiday toy drive each year.

Health and Wellness Fair
