A: The clinic is open every Saturday morning from 9 am until 12 pm .
Q: Where is the ECHO Free Clinic?
A: The clinic is at the Walton Family Health Center on the corner of Walton Ave. and 177th St. For more information, please see directions.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Appointments are recommended. Please call 1-800-836-1316 to schedule an appointment.
Q: If I do not have an appointment, can I wait to be seen?
A: Yes, a limited number of patients can wait to be seen without an appointment. Patients that arrive around 9 am have a higher probability of being seen than those that arrive later in the day; however, only patients with appointments are guaranteed service.
Q: Are children treated at the ECHO Free Clinic?
A: Children under the age of 18 are not treated at the clinic. All children are eligible for free health care in the state of New York .
Q: What services does the clinic provide?
A: Services include adult medical exams, prescriptions, diagnostic testing and screening, vaccinations, school physicals, women's health care, and social services and counseling. For more information, please see services.
Q: Are all of the services at the clinic free?
A: Everything is free that is provided by the clinic, however, some prescriptions may be free, while others are not.
