Guests with Disabilities

Early seating is available for guests with disabilities and those accompanying them, whose names have been submitted by graduates on their commencement information form. These guests must check in at the Concierge upon arrival at David Geffen Hall. Same-day accommodations cannot be made, so please be sure to include this information when you submit your information form. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please be sure to submit your forms no later than Friday, January 17, 2020.

Photography

Professional photographers will take a picture of each graduate receiving their diploma and it will be available electronically to the graduate. No other photography, unless taken from one's seat, will be allowed. Guests who violate this safety measure will be asked to leave the auditorium. Please inform your guests so that they are aware.

Will Call: Tickets, Gifts & Messages

Tickets left in your name may be picked up by your guests at the "Will Call" desk in David Geffen Hall lobby. University officials and Lincoln Center personnel cannot accept gifts or messages for graduates because of the improbability of delivery and danger of loss.

Getting to David Geffen Hall

 

Directions by Subway or Bus 

Take the #1 local train to 66th Street/Lincoln Center.

Transfer at Times Square-42nd Street to the uptown A, B, C, D or #1 trains and ride to 59th Street/Columbus Circle. Lincoln center is a short walk from Columbus Circle.

The M5, M7, M10, M66, and M104 bus lines all stop within one block of Lincoln Center.

Parking 

Parking is available at various locations inside and surrounding Lincoln Center. Participants and guests will not be reimbursed for parking expenses.

  • 62nd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam (south westbound traffic): Entrance located midblock on the right.
  • 63rd Street and Amsterdam (northbound traffic): Entrance located 100 feet on the right past 62nd Street.
  • 65th Street between Amsterdam and Broadway (north eastbound traffic): Entrance located between Broadway and Amsterdam.
