Medical Student Research Committee

Mission Statement

The Medical Student Research Committee focuses on policies and resources related to medical student research, research mentoring, and the Scholarly Paper requirement. The Committee functions in an advisory capacity to the Office of Medical Student Research under the auspices of the Office of Medical Education. In addition, the Committee reviews selected Scholarly Papers and adjudicates applications for Einstein Research Fellowships (i.e., for 12 months of dedicated research time). Committee membership includes clinical, translational, and basic science research faculty.
