Our program has a dedicated education program. The goal of a program is to train fellows in bridging together basic and clinical research, while simultaneously acquiring expert clinical skills. At the end of training, fellows become experts in all aspects of clinical and translational research activities and will have the necessary experience and knowledge to successfully obtain independent extramural funding.
Fellows participate in all aspects of the research process, including grant submissions, analyzing pilot data, preparing presentations, regulatory and start-up activities, recruitment, assessment, etc.
Fellows participate in supervision, Grand Rounds, lectures, and collaborations at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
