The Saul R. Korey Department of Neurology

RETT at The Met

This is a collaborative program with The Metropolitan Museum of Art and our Center. The program is hosted by a specially gifted teaching artist who hosts groups of our families throughout the year. This special program allows patients, siblings and their families explore art together.

The program consists of a private “insiders” tour of the museum and a specialized art activity.

Some feedback from past participants:

" I think the girls had fun and the parents seemed to be relaxed and happy to be there. The siblings participated a lot and it is great for them to have one special activity that their sister can bring them to "

"it was a unique experience to get an insider's tour. It was a big thumbs up."

"My whole family had a great time. It was so nice being on the small tour and having the art activity."
