The New York City Research and Improvement Networking Group (NYC RING) is a practice-based research network (PBRN) sponsored by the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Department of Family & Social Medicine. We are one of only a few PBRNs in the US focused exclusively on the urban underserved.
We have access to a wide array of research, data, clinical and administrative resources available through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center. To date, NYC RING has built a partnership of 35 practices sponsored by five medical centers and one private practice, providing over 600,000 visits to primarily low-income, minority primary care patients.
The NYC RING Convocation is an annual gathering of NYC RING participating clinicians, researchers, and investigators from throughout partner sites. The event showcases the wide variety of practice-based research and quality improvement activities being conducted, and provides an opportunity to discuss opportunities for collaboration.
