The Cancer Epidemiology, Prevention and Control Research Team at our NCI-designated Montefiore Einstein Cancer Center translates basic scientific discoveries into population-level research intended to enhance clinical practice and reduce cancer burden. By increasing knowledge of the factors that influence cancer development and outcomes, the team works to advance cancer prevention, detection and treatment efforts, improving the lives of our patients and their loved ones, our community and beyond.
