  • What is the Everbridge Emergency Notification Program?
It is a service that allows us to send you notifications via phone calls, text messaging, and e-mails. Through Einstein's program, you can receive notifications about events that may affect your home, workplace and local community.
  • When will it be used?
Einstein's emergency notification system, supported by Everbridge, will be used to notify you about imminent threats to health and safety that may occur on our campus or in our nearby vicinity.
  • Will I still get emergency notifications if I don't sign up?
If you don't create an account with username and password, you will only receive notifications through your Einstein e-mail address. You will not receive telephone, cell phone or text notifications. The more options for reaching you that you provide, the more likely you are to be reached in a timely way in the event of an emergency. The system stops sending notifications to your various contacts as soon as you respond to a message.
  • What if my phone number or e-mail address changes?
The system is only as good as the information you provide. If your contact information changes, you can always access your profile to update your information. We encourage you to update your phone or e-mail information whenever such information changes.
  • What if I have additional questions?
If you have any questions regarding program participation, feel free to stop by the Einstein security office in Forchheimer G-9, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
