Welcome to the Einstein Office of Academic Appointments.
Our mission is to administer the University’s policies governing academic appointments. In this regard, the Office of Academic Appointments (OAA) is responsible for the coordination of the appointment and promotion processes for all faculty positions. The OAA serves as a liaison with the various faculty committees responsible for the review of appointments, promotion and tenure. It also serves as a resource for appointment policies and procedures serving the academic and administrative community (faculty and postdoctoral fellows) that teaches and participates in academic programs at our affiliated institutions and clinical programs. The staff is available to provide assistance in supporting our faculty during their careers at Einstein.
